a) About the Data Controller
Your personal data may be processed by PT ACADEMY within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”). Within the scope of this law, PT ACADEMY is accepted as the data controller.
b) Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the conditions regarding the processing of personal data listed in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.
The purposes of processing your personal data are, but not limited to: ensuring the legal and commercial security of PT ACADEMY or its collaborators, maintaining the commercial activities of PT ACADEMY and managing the human resources and employment policies of PT ACADEMY.
All necessary technical and administrative measures are taken within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data in order to prevent unlawful processing of your personal data and illegal access to your data and to keep your personal data safe.
c) Sharing Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with PT ACADEMY, its collaborators, suppliers and legally authorized public institutions and organizations in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
Without limiting the purposes of sharing your personal data: Ensuring the legal and commercial security of PT ACADEMY or its business partners, maintaining PT ACADEMY's commercial activities and managing PT ACADEMY's human resources processes and employment policies.
If your personal data is shared, necessary security measures are taken.
d) Collection Methods of Your Personal Data and Their Legal Reasons
In order to continue its activities, PT ACADEMY collects your personal data through various channels such as surveys, websites, PT ACADEMY representatives and processes it in accordance with the conditions listed in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law for different legal reasons.
e) Your Rights Arising from the Law Regarding Your Personal Data
In accordance with KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
To exercise your above-mentioned rights, you can apply to PT ACADEMY in writing and submit the application to “Cevizli Mah. Hizir Reis Sok. No:14-16/4 Maltepe/Istanbul or you can apply in person. If new application methods are determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, these methods will be announced by PT ACADEMY.
In this context, your applications will be finalized as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days, pursuant to Article 13/2 of the Law No. 6698. These applications are free of charge. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.
f) Contact Information
You can send the Application Form, which includes your identity information, the right you want to use and your detailed explanation about the subject of your request, to the "Cevizli Mah. Hizir Reis Sok. No:14-16/4 Maltepe/Istanbul" by using a registered letter with return receipt or you can personally submit this application form to the specified address.
